BRAIN POTENTIAL COACHING
Evolution Psychiatry offers coaching services to clients interested in achieving optimal psychological brain performance. Toby is a Certified Human Potential Coach with the Human Potential Institute.
We implement a consciousness-transforming coaching process individualized based the goals, values, and outcomes our clients want to achieve. We work with clients utilizing mindfulness, embodiment, and somatic awareness techniques, and then discuss actions and accountability measures clients can take to help them achieve their wildest goals.
Additionally, we will discuss proper sleep hygiene, eating lots of brain-healthy fats, a low-carb ketogenic diet, exercise, intermittent fasting, targeted nutraceuticals, nootropics, and more, based on the latest research pertaining to how these biohacks affect brain health.
After an initial consultation, each client will receive a report indicating recommended diet, lifestyle, and supplemental strategies to improve their own unique neurochemistry and neurophysiology. We explain the results of the report in depth and help clients figure out how to successfully implement these changes to gain optimal control over their brain.

NEUROMODULATION + COACHING
At Evolution Psychiatry, we like to combine neuromodulation with coaching to achieve massive neuropsychological growth in an expedited fashion.
A variety of the neurotechnologies we use increase neuroplasticity, the brain’s ability to rewire itself and grow new connections. There’s a window of peak neuroplasticity during a neuromodulation session, which lasts up to 30 minutes following the session, with increased brain coherence (indicating greater connectivity between different areas of the brain) seen 24 hours later.
By doing coaching during or immediately following neuromodulation services, clients are able to shift their psychology much easier because we’ve already addressed the underlying neurobiology that drives these changes in habits, beliefs, mindset, and action.
